Problem

Rumie is a non-profit organization that offers a free, mobile-first learning platform designed to make education accessible and engaging through bite-sized lessons called Bytes. Through the use of SEO analytics and learner feedback, Rumie uncovered an urgent need for a Byte that would provide concrete strategies for supporting a friend or colleague with an anxiety disorder.

Solution

As a Rumie Learning Developer, I designed and developed a Byte, using Rumie's brand and Byte guidelines, to provide practical and actionable strategies that Rumie learners could employ to help a friend with an anxiety disorder. The Byte includes scenario-based quizzes, micro-learning videos, actionable next steps, real-life stories, as well as links to external resources for learners to explore more.
